| Course Content | This is a nationally recognised qualification which develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in a role with adults in health and social care environments. It covers a wide range of topics including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care needs, daily living needs and health care procedures. |
| Course Details | The course is 9 months long and classes are run once every 2 weeks or twice a month. |
| Entry Requirements | To be aged 19 or over |

| Assessment | 9 written assignments to be completed and submitted as a portfolio |
| Certification | Edexcel Level 3 Diploma |
| Progression | Access to nursing school and other university level degrees in the health sector |
| Fees | Could be free of charge. The course is covered by Advanced Learner Loans Scheme which you only pay back if your income exceeds 21k per annum. |
